At Werner Eyes of the Valley, we strive for a comprehensive and satisfactory experience for each individual as it relates to vision and eye health. We offer state-of-the-art imaging services, a wide selection of eyeglasses and contacts, and competent doctors & staff who are always placing your needs above all else. We absolutely NEVER want a patient to feel as though their needs were not met or that their glasses/contacts don't work. The art of prescribing glasses is more than just putting your eyes in a machine and writing the script; it's a careful balance that takes into account previous prescriptions, eye muscle ability, lifestyle, etc. As a result, the "ideal" prescription for an individual may not always be very easy to get used to. That being said, if problems occur with new prescriptions, we strongly encourage you to let us know so we can work with you! We have also recently started a Low Vision Clinic to help provide for those individuals who may have difficulty seeing even with glasses due to conditions of the eyes such as Macular Degeneration, Glaucoma, and many more. Please call us with any questions or to schedule a time to come in - we are here for you!

*Note: As we are a medical facility, masks are still required as outlined by the CDC. We know it's annoying and we are sick of it too! But we appreciate your understanding in the matter :)

January is National Glaucoma Awareness Month 👁️

A leading cause of blindness estimated to affect 3 million Americans, glaucoma can be very sneaky, often presenting without symptoms until it’s too late. Early detection is crucial to prevent permanent vision loss.

At Werner Eyes, we have the latest technology to help detect, treat, and monitor for glaucoma. If you haven’t had an eye exam in a while, schedule an exam just to make sure - glaucoma can even affect people who have 20/20 vision without glasses.

⭐️Looking to Hire a Front Desk Receptionist!⭐️

If you or anyone you know is looking to work in reception, look no further! By running the front desk, you get to represent the face of the practice and have the unique opportunity to interact with patients checking in for their eye exams, looking for glasses, or coming in for an adjustment. Alongside your wonderful fellow staff members you will answer phone calls, schedule exams, keep the flow of the office in check, and share plenty of laughs along the way!

While we can get quite busy even as a private practice, you can be assured that we will help you succeed and foster meaningful relationships with your co-workers, doctors, and patients.

Prior experience is always a plus, but if you are willing to learn we can help you become fluent in the ways of the family eye care world. All we ask is that you give it your best, ask questions when you aren’t sure, and take any mistakes as an opportunity to learn.
