Do you find it hard to relax? Difficult to shut your brain off? Try guided meditation. It does the trick! I am a huge fan of Jennifer Reis. I met her years ago at the Kripalu retreat center in MA. I highly recommend her cds. Some are body scan type meditations, others are guided visualizations. Some are super short, some longer. They're terrific!
