• Greet and direct visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism
• Answer and forward incoming calls
• Manage packages, courier services, and visitor logs
• Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and travel arrangements
• Keep reception and common areas neat and organized
• Provide general admin support across teams
• Maintain calendars, order supplies, and handle sensitive information confidentially
• Support onboarding for new hires
• Contact patients and insurance companies for documentation
