Brockton Visiting Nurse Association Home Health and Hospice is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Lyons, MBA, MS, PT, as its new President/CEO effective April 7, 2025.

Mr. Lyons obtained his MBA in Healthcare Administration from Stony Brook University, a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Rhode Island and his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Providence College.

Mr. Lyons, an accomplished and strategic leader, brings a wealth of experience to Brockton Visiting Nurse Association Home Health and Hospice with more than fifteen (15) years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer for Personal Touch Home Care, an Assistant Vice President of Home Care for Northwell Health at Home/Peconic Bay Home Health Services and a Regional Administrator for Arch Care at Home and Visiting Nurse Service and Hospice of Suffolk.

Mr. Lyons’ diverse home health and hospice background and passion for quality of care, financial metrics and proven ability to lead teams providing the continuum of care, will be instrumental as we continue to deliver exceptional care throughout our community.

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Mr. Lyons as he leads the Agency in this next chapter as our President/CEO. Next Tuesday at 1:00pm, dementia caregiving specialist Joan Wright will be at the Marshfield Senior Center to offer strategies on caring for a loved one with dementia. The program will address positive approaches that can aid families in meeting their loved ones' needs throughout the dementia journey.
