Up to 70% of people will experience neck pain severe enough to interfere with daily activities during their lifetime. The neck is one of the most important parts of your body and it’s important to take care of it!

There are numerous reasons for neck pain. Your neck requires good alignment, proper movement, strength, and stability to function correctly. With injury or prolonged poor posture (for example leaning forward while sitting at a computer all day) pain, muscle tightness, changes in cervical spinal alignment, and instability start to occur.
