We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable part-time receptionist to join our team at Eastern Therapeutics Acupuncture. This position involves late afternoon/evening shifts and Saturdays, with some flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients with a warm and welcoming attitude

Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

Process payments and maintain accurate financial records

Organize and file patient charts

Assist with basic office duties, including light laundry

Ideal Candidate:

Positive, friendly, and customer-service oriented

Reliable and eager to learn new skills

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Sixteen years of age or older.

Willingness to undergo training for the right candidate
