⏳ Your spine called — it needs a break!
Most of us spend hours each day sitting — at desks, in the car, on the couch. The problem? Our bodies weren’t designed for that much stillness. Over time, long periods of sitting can lead to:
Stiff joints
Poor posture
Reduced circulation
Increased back and neck pain
The solution is simple (and free!): move every hour.
Stand up, stretch your arms and legs, roll your shoulders, and take a few deep breaths. It only takes 1–2 minutes, but the benefits are huge — improved flexibility, better focus, and less discomfort.
