๐๐๐๐, we will meet for about 30-45 minutes to talk about your current health status and your personal goals. What bad habits do you see yourself leaving behind? What would you love your life to look like if you focused on getting your weight and energy back on track? This is what we will chat about.
NEXT, weโll spend the first 14 days of the program exploring your mindset around food and laying the foundation for a permanent change. Otherwise it is easy to fall back onto old habits! In these early days weโll have group calls a few times a week. These group calls are a great opportunity to examine your own experiences and learn from others about their challenges so we can all grow together.
THEN, we will begin the journey of exploration with a mini-challenge each week, that will allow you to completely reset the way you experience food, introduce small changes that will fine-tune your digestion in a way that is easily manageable for as long as you wish (most stay with the changes forever -- they are THAT good). Every week we will go deeper into the reset and we will temporarily remove a small number of foods, just so you can experience what reactions you may have had and never even known to have them. You will discover surprising truths that are unique to your own body and this will help you to rethink your nutrition in a way that still allows a lot of pleasure but not at the cost of your health and appearance.
Weโll continue with live weekly group calls along with weekly online training videos and a private Facebook support group. Youโll never be left to figure it out on your own and youโll get everything you need to set yourself up for success.
Over the course of the 90 days youโll see your energy and mood shift drastically - to the point that youโll no longer need stimulants like coffee to get through the day, or a glass of wine to unwind if this is something you decide to do.
