Meet Christine Olsen! 👋

Christine is one of our incredible Care Pathway Guides on the Member Service Guide team. This new team at Devoted was created to serve as the front door for escalated care and support—offering high-touch, compassionate service to our members navigating urgent or acute medical concerns. What sets this team apart is their ability to bridge service and clinical, working hand-in-hand with partners across the organization to reduce friction, close gaps, and deliver a truly personalized, compassionate experience for our members.

What Christine loves most about Devoted is our culture - Devoted truly cares about our members and each other. The love and kindness here is palpable. We are always seeking avenues to best serve our members and implement improvements and workflows quickly to improve our ability to meet members needs efficiently.

Fun Fact: Christine traveled cross country in a little VW Rabbit from NY to California, but turned back 250 miles short due to time/money, missing the Pacific Ocean which remains a goal. She has visited all states in the US except Alaska, Hawaii, Pacific Northwest (still on the bucklist)! Christine is also a true foodie and could talk about food all day. She cooks and bakes with a recent passion for making Sourdough bread. 🍞

👋 Meet Crystal Rodriguez!

Crystal is one of our amazing Senior Telesales Agents on the Telesales team. Devoted’s Telesales team plays a pivotal role in representing Devoted Health during initial interactions with prospective members. Our Telesales Agents are passionate about making real human connections and guiding prospective members towards coverage that actually works for them. Our agents are responsible for closing sales with Medicare beneficiaries by assessing healthcare needs, providing product information, and educating prospective members on selecting suitable plans that work best for their needs.

What Crystal loves most about Devoted is its vision and mission. Crystal feels truly valued and recognized as an employee and appreciates the incredible opportunities for career development, training and mentorship, and constant encouragement to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Fun Fact: Crystal is a huge animal lover. 🐶🐱🐰She also loves to travel and spend time with family and friends. That’s what fills her cup up! ✈️🫂

⭐The Outreach Excellence Award - This award recognizes one Member Outreach Specialist each quarter who demonstrates strong attendance, team engagement, and collaboration, while consistently meeting appointment conversion goals and excelling in QA and outreach quality.

⭐The Rockstar Award - This award recognizes a T1 or T2 Guide each month who consistently shows up, stays in sync with the team, and delivers high-quality performance.

⭐The Compassion Counts Award - This award recognizes one Guide each month who leads with compassion—supporting teammates, positively impacting members, and living out our core value: “Every member is family.”
