THERE ARE NO BAD MOVEMENTS.
Our favorite saying is, “There are no bad movements, only a lack of preparedness for said movement”
Everything should be taken within context. You cannot say that someone who has trained specific movements at high loads, as a component of their sport, is performing a “bad movement”. Yes, it may be unsuitable for a beginner, but it does not make it off-limits.
Research has shown that IMMOBILITY is bad for you…not movement.
Why don’t we celebrate what you CAN do and keep moving. In any way you want to!
Stop shaming movement and start preaching it.
