Step into a yoga class designed with care, experience, and accessibility in mind. 🧘🏽‍♀️✨

Hannah brings nearly two decades of teaching yoga and a background in special education into every Voice Colors Yoga class. She is currently the program director at Voice Colors Yoga and the co-creator of the Voice Colors Yoga curriculum and Yoga for Autism teacher training. With training in adaptive yoga, restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Animal Flow, her teaching invites exploration and play while emphasizing meaningful connection with oneself and in community.

Expect options, encouragement, and space to explore – no pressure to perform, just room to be yourself. This is an all levels class designed for neurodivergent adults who want mindful movement, meaningful connection, and a practice that meets them where they are.

At Voice Colors Yoga we honor all communication styles, and we know that all of our students have something to say. I really enjoyed playing a "What are you thankful for?" game this week" with all of my classes. We have a lot to be thankful for, and these visuals ensured that the game was fully accessible to all!
I am thankful for the opportunity to share yoga with neurodivergent students. I am thankful to have found a job that feels like I am doing exactly what I am meant to do, and students who light up my heart every day. And I am thankful for the Voice Colors Yoga visual yoga system that makes it all possible!
