Dr. Brandt is a former competitive figure skater who now supports athletes of all ages in building mental strength, confidence, and resilience. With a doctorate in psychology and certification in mental performance consulting, she focuses on empowering individuals through a compassionate and evidence-based approach. She’s lived in 11 states (and one Canadian province!) and brings that adventurous spirit to everything she does—including hiking 46 Adirondack peaks with her dog, Clover.
