Dancing Yogi's Fitness We guide our students through their journeys of exploration of the body and mind, inviting them to explore and connect with the two.

Our classes are held on Sunday's: Hatha Yoga (9:30AM) & Cardio Party and Total Body Conditioning (Zumba Toning - 10:30AM) at 738 Main St Waltham, Massachusetts 02451

Please join us and your first class is free! If you bring a friend you will receive an extra free class. Yoga helps you create a balance within yourself. Yoga is not just a physical practice, it stems across eight limbs. Combining physical alignment, mediative action and pranayama, ( breath work) we are able to achieve the union between mind body and spirit. Zumba is an excellent fun way to burn calories and aid in weight loss. As you dance you are exercising and raising your heart rate, however because of the fun party atmosphere Zumba does not feel like a chore to burn calories. Depending on your fitness level you can burn anywhere between 500-1000 calories per workout. Follow us on Twitter:

Hey guys, I miss you so much!!! Good news is that I am back from Mexico, bad news is that I sprain my ankle and the doctor says I need to rest for at least 10 days :(, boomer.... So classes will resume September 1st. I hope you guys are practicing at home and most important enjoying the summer!
