National Infertility Awareness Week is intended to do just that: raise awareness by encouraging these conversations and reducing the stigma around discussing infertility. VFP Pharmacy Group stands with the black community, our patients, colleagues and partners, and is committed to doing our part to make a difference. We are passionate about creating a company that treats everyone equally and with dignity, both through the service we provide our customers and the culture we create at work for our staff.

Historically, the black community has been under-served in the fertility world, even though studies have shown that black women may be almost twice as likely to experience infertility as white women.

There are organizations out there that are trying to change that, and we are happy to support this effort by raising awareness and making a donation to the Cade Foundation, a black-owned organization that provides information on infertility, support, and financial assistance to families in need.

Although there is no easy solution, we feel it is important for us to play our part and make a difference. Our actions won’t stop here, and we are committed to continuing the dialogue and listening and learning from our staff and the community.

In honor of National Nurses Week 5/6/20 – 5/12/20, VFP Pharmacy Group will once again, make a generous donation in the name of all REI nurses to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Just like the staff at St. Jude, that take such special care of the children in their hospital, REI nurses working in fertility practices and clinics across the country take exceptional care of their patients undergoing fertility treatment or fertility preservation. In these current unprecedented times, these nurses are going above and beyond and practicing in ways they never could have imagined just a few months prior. Fertility patients depend and rely on REI nurses to teach and guide them through all of their treatments. VFP Pharmacy Group honors every one of them as they help navigate patients through their treatment.

VFP Pharmacy Group would like to also recognize every nurse, in every front line and in every department across this country. No one has been untouched by this COVID-19 pandemic, and we want to acknowledge all of their hard work and sacrifices they are currently enduring. Thank you!

VFP is grateful to once again see the IVF community opening up as we see more and more orders coming to us every day, to put our patients back in the control they lost during these times.

As clinics open and start expanding their services, we are focused on dispensing cycle medications as soon as possible and GUARANTEE ALL MEDICATIONS if expired due to COVID-19.
