When you really gotta work…
Ms. Rachel = actual. lifesaver. 🙌🎤🫶

I used to feel soooo guilty about screen time…
Like I was a bad mom if I did ANY OF IT.
And now, while we don’t do a lot (let’s say 30 mins a few times a week!?)... I’m just grateful for a few solid minutes to answer emails, hop on a Zoom, or ya know… breathe 😅

If you’ve ever thought “thank you” to Ms. Rachel while your toddler sings the “”Phonics”” song on loop — you’re not alone, girlfriend. 😂

We’re doing our best. We’re building our dreams.
And sometimes? That looks like a little help from our digital bestie 💻✨ And I’m releasing the guilt for that. You should, too.

Let’s talk about something no one really posts about 👀

Failures.
Messes.
The “WTF just happened?!” moments in business.

If you’re an entrepreneur, you KNOW... things don’t always go according to plan 🫠

See these two bottles? Yeah... very different pinks 😅
Our NEW manufacturer printed $100K+ worth of prenatals… in the wrong color.

But guess what? It wasn’t their fault.
We didn’t check a physical label — just the digital proof (which looked fine!)
This wasn’t something we ever had to double-check with our last manufacturer.
But now? Big lesson learned.

Here’s the truth: business mistakes will happen.
Especially when you’re scaling. Especially when you’re playing bigger.

But here’s the real question:
💭 Where are you making your failures mean something about you?

What if the mistake isn’t the problem — the meaning you attach to it is?

Let’s shift the lens, girlfriend.
Let failure mean you’re trying something new.
Let it mean you’re brave enough to bet on yourself.

Fix the damn color & move on...

I never imagined I'd love being a mama as much as I do...

I also never imagined I'd be building a company I'm so obsessed with.

Both can coexist.

And now, as my hubby and I bring another 🎀BABY GIRL🎀 into the world... I've been reflecting on this a lot.

Who do I want my girls to remember me as?
What really lights me up- both at work and at home?
What's my most aligned schedule as a CEO mama?

And also trying to answer the question- how the HELL is it gonna look/feel like with 2 girlies around?!

As a second time mama, I find the surrender of the unknown less tough than before but still challenging to not have answers for the future!

All I know-
I'm so damn excited to be in the newborn bubble again.
Im so excited to watch my hubby become a second time dad.
While the unknown is challenging, I'm excited to navigate what it looks like scaling GP and being a 2x mama!

And a little love note to my hubby---
I'm so in awe of you with our daughter. How much you care and are present and enjoy her. Can't wait to bring another girlie into this world with you, my best friend. ❤️

A year ago, I got the final formula of the Prenatal I created 🎉

It was so FRUSTRATING seeing the super low quality prenatals at high quality grocery stores.

It was even WORSE what was touted online as being high quality (like prenatals with 10 or less ingredients that had no where near the amounts needed to support mama and baby)

I was told..
"The prenatal space is so crowded. There's enough on the market."
And..
"GutPersonal is a gut health company, focus on that"

Still, I was determined to have a better option for mama and their babies, created by a registered dietitian, that they could feel confident in.

I birthed a new product for GP and it aligned with birthing my daughter and a whole new identity shift....

It was real and raw yet so damn fulfilling.

I sharing about it in real time in front of 800 women (and having a good cry) for my first speaking event only 7 weeks postpartum (hiiiii empower her ladies .ghetmiri )

Turns out, when you create what you think the world needs, it works out. Our Prenatal is now one of our top best selling products! 💕

Since then, so many GP babies have been born. Including my own.

Here's a big freaking nudge to birth what YOU desire into this world. Because it'll all work out... even better than you expect it to ❤️

What a gift it is to be your mama, Lily bean ❤️

As we travel to my first speaking event postpartum .podcast LIVE, I'm reflecting on this season... of transitioning into mamahood (or more like being THRUST into it 😂)

Some days feel like I'm suctioned to our couch, constantly breastfeeding and "not getting anything done"...

Some days I feel like a complete bad ass - from podcasting to running team calls to hiring new contractors and then smooching my babe in between...

These 7 weeks have already held the greatest lessons, challenges and love of my life.

And I'm REALLY pumped to share it all in my NEW PODCAST (!!!!!!) .podcast launching in just a couple weeks. 🥰

I'm already really PROUD of doing the damn thing and being a beginner even if it's a time I feel completely overwhelmed some days. It's aligned, it's time, let's do this!

Also, a big cheers to my husband who's truly my best friend and team in this journey. Can we give a big HELL YEAH for supportive and involved hubbys?!
