Natalya is passionate about helping others of all ages. She previously taught kindergarten music lessons on the piano and loves spending time by the ocean whenever she can. Natalya also speaks multiple languages, including Russian, Polish, Ukrainian, and French.

Laura S spent over 30 years working in finance at a well-known behavioral hospital. After retiring in 2024, she wanted to stay busy and give back to her community in a meaningful way and found her place with us!

Laura T began her career in the cosmetology industry before transitioning into early education. She loved teaching and being a source of support for children. In her free time, Laura also volunteers by helping to feed the homeless.

Jane worked as a social worker for over 20 years, supporting children on the autism spectrum in both classroom and one-on-one settings. She understands the importance of patience and compassion when working with others and has also volunteered in nursing homes, assisting residents with transportation to church on Sundays.

We are so excited to have these incredible caregivers on our team and look forward to the compassion, skills, and dedication they will share with our community.

If you’re looking for a fulfilling career in caregiving, we’re hiring!
No experience necessary—we provide training.

SHS Caregiver Spotlight: Rose Lee✨

Rose has been with SHS since January 2023 after retiring from nursing following the COVID pandemic and brings over 45 years of experience as a registered nurse. She provides thoughtful, hands on support including companionship, meal preparation, light exercise, errands, laundry, and medication reminders, always with safety at the forefront. One of her favorite memories was regularly driving a client who had recently given up his driver’s license after being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and witnessing his pure joy while spending time on the lush green golf course, which she describes as priceless. Outside of SHS, Rose enjoys staying active by playing tennis several times a week.
