As a helper, I spent a lot of time caring for, holding space and focused on the concerns of others. I definitely gotta do a better job of engaging in self-care aside from vacation.

The massages in Orlando cost a hell-of-a lot more than those in Bali, but I'm worth it. Monthly massages will be a non-negotiable moving forward.

I am a passionate professional therapeutic provider who sees that there’s more than one way to help those in need of your services and no matter how you slice it...... doing this work should not leave me or YOU broke. I’ve worked in this field for over 17 years in various capacities and have helped thousands of students, clients, other licensed therapists, registered interns, newcomers and those who may be interested in entering this field.

I’m someone who met/meets the criteria for several stereotypes, but beat the odds and continues to defy them. My passion is to help those who can’t find help as readily as others and my purpose is to help others to see and reach their full potential in life, in relationships and in their businesses or paths of choice.

I am a mother of 3 wonderful children who are the reason I go so hard. I am a 2x published author, speaker, trainer, adjunct professor, blog & article contributor, visionary creator and serial entrepreneur who has realized her passion to help has lended to coaching women in the therapeutic field in the arena of authenticity! There is a lot more in store to help aid forward movement in the helping field and I’m excited to help you and others who are ready to #LevelUp in life, business or your relationships.
