Community Care Ministries
Our story began in 2001 when three health care professionals came together to assist others that were in need of medical care. From a small office to a wonderful facility in Wamego and an outreach office in Alma, the ministry has grown in many ways to serve area communities.
Our Purpose: Community Care Ministries encourage each individual’s physical, emotional, spiritual and social well-being in the context of their relationship with God, family and neighbor. The Ministries seek to develop resourceful ways of addressing and meeting needs and identifying resources. Our purpose is to keep individuals and families safe by providing a variety of assistance; which include medical, mental health care, spiritual care, dental and social services to the underinsured and uninsured in the area.
Our Mission: Empowering Community to Achieve Whole-Person Wellness. Assisting residents from our surrounding area to inspire individual wellness; to encourage healthy family patterns, ensure access to affordable health care, and enlist others to work together for the common good.
