Great news for our clients!
We are now offering Bravecto Quantum-a yearly injection for flea and tick prevention! You read that right, just like the Proheart injection for heartworm prevention, Bravecto Quantum works the same way! A few things we would like to mention about this:
1. Quantum has the same active ingredient as the chewable Bravecto that lasts 3 months, and has been researched thoroughly for safety and effectiveness.
2. The side effects are limited and mild, just like the monthly oral preventions for heartworm and flea/tick.
3. Quantum guarantees no missed doses of prevention, perfect for busy clients and our doggos that don't take oral meds as well as others!
Dr. Maddy does recommend that we separate the Bravecto Quantum injection from vaccines or Proheart injections by a couple of weeks, just as a precaution since some patients don't always feel their best after vaccines anyways. If you are interested in it, call our office and make an appointment or be sure to mention it when you're here for your dogs' annual well visit!

In the last several months, we have been much busier than we've been before (for which we are very thankful)! However, because of this, our wait times have significantly increased and sometimes we have to send people away due to a crazy heavy case-load or multiple emergencies at one time. It pains us to do this. We love your pets and wish we could help them all as soon as they need it, but unfortunately due to the size of our staff and building, we can only do so much. Please bear with us, especially during the times when we have a 1-2 hour wait going on. We are doing all we can to ensure that you and your pets get the best care possible. We still schedule vaccine appointments on weekday mornings, so please don't hesitate to call and schedule one if you need!

This kiddo was found on/by bloody bridge in Spencerville. Intact male, super sweet, gets along with other dogs. Does anyone know him or the owner of this pet? He has no microchip, and no collar or tags. Please contact the office at 419-738-9300. Thank You!!

Hello everyone! My name is Charlie! I am not near as grumpy as I look, the tech that took my photo had just finished cleaning my ears and I was not thrilled with that service...
I am a 7 year old female and I am looking for a new home. My owner recently passed away and I am very sad and currently homeless. Despite my photo, I am a sweet kitty and I would prefer a home without any dogs. I am also unsure how I feel about other kitties. DEAN HAS BEEN ADOPTED!!!!
If you're looking to add an adorable, sweet and silly fur baby to your family, Dean the Bean is the perfect match! Dean was found along with several other kitties among the wreckage of an apartment complex in St. Mary's that recently collapsed. Due to his traumatic experience, he is a bit shy at first, but it takes no time for him to come out of his shell! If you would like to adopt him, call or stop by our office today!
