Just a heads up to our clients:
The office will be closed memorial day weekend. We will be closed Saturday, May 23rd-Monday, May 25th. We will be open for our normal office hours Friday the 22nd and the following Tuesday the 26th. Please keep this in mind when planning your visits or medication pickups! Thank you :)

We have been getting several spam comments about a t-shirt sale. We would just like to let you know that we do not have anything like that going on, and we have been trying to block all of the accounts associated with this. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused!

As a clarification from our last post, the office will be closing early tomorrow, Friday, May 1. Dr Maddy will see walk ins from 10-12, but will not be available in the afternoon. The office will be open for surgery pick ups, drive thru orders, and tech visits (nail trims, allergy injections, laser treatments) until 4pm. In addition, the office will be closed Saturday, May 2. Our regular office hours will resume Monday, May 4.

This Friday, May 1st, our office will be closing at 4pm so that Dr. Maddy can attend an event for her children that evening. Please keep this in mind as you are planning your visits and medication pickups for the rest of the week. We will be open for our regular office hours on Monday as normal. Thank you!

We are currently trying to change our phone systems over to the Pet Desk platform that we have recently implemented. This is a process, as you can imagine, and we are right in the middle of it. If you get a busy signal when you call 419-738-9300, please try calling 419-738-4290 or 419-738-4299. Also, please be patient with us as we learn how to use this new system. Thank you!

Good morning, lovely clients! We would like to clear up some confusion we seem to be having about our PetDesk app.

What you CAN do with the app:
1. Confirm appointments
2. Request medication refills

What you CANNOT do with the app:
1. Schedule/request appointments
2. Request vaccines/appointments for vaccines. These are things you will still need to call our office for.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us for more clarification :)

Our office is now using PetDesk to send email and text message reminders for appointments and vaccines! You can also now download the PetDesk app and use that to request medication refills! Please bear with us as we transition to this new program. This should help with our busy phone lines as well, keeping the lines more open for urgent calls and walk-in check-ins :)
