This month, our office is taking on a health capacity challenge! Each team member picked one simple habit to strengthen their health. Today, we’re highlighting Dana’s choice! 🙌
Dana picked Practice #3 on the handout: Improve One Meal a Day 🍽️
Her focus? Drinking water before her morning coffee ☕➡️💧 This is a small shift that supports hydration, digestion, and energy all day long!

❄️ Ice or Heat...Which should you use? 🔥

Use ICE for recent injuries, swelling, sharp pain, or post-workout/adjustment soreness to calm inflammation.
Use HEAT for tight or stiff muscles, chronic aches, stress, or before stretching to improve movement.
