While you haven't been with us long yet, we can see that you’re a fun and kind woman of God. We've loved getting to see glimpses of who you are, whether that’s your love for thrifting, the way you care about your family, or how much you enjoy being an aunt.

Pregnancy is a beautiful journey, and your body is doing INCREDIBLE work. 🤍

The recommended frequency for getting adjusted to support a smooth, healthy labor and delivery:

• Early pregnancy: about every other week
• Beginning your third trimester: once a week
• 35 weeks and on: 2x per week

As baby grows, your body changes rapidly. Keeping your pelvis and spine in alignment can help promote comfort, better movement, and optimal positioning for labor.

And remember....no matter how smooth delivery is, the birth process can still be physically stressful for both mom and baby. That’s why we recommend getting both of you checked and adjusted afterward. 💛
