BUTI MVMNT is more than a workout — it’s a somatic experience that invites you back home to your body.

Through primal movement, dynamic flow, deep core activation, and intentional breath, BUTI helps release stored tension and emotion that lives beneath the surface. This is where fitness meets nervous system healing. As you move, shake, spiral, and sweat, you create space for stuck energy to move and for your body to feel safe expressing again.

Somatic movement allows you to reconnect with sensation, intuition, and inner trust. You’re not just building strength — you’re building awareness, resilience, and emotional release. Many people leave class feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded because the body finally gets a chance to process what the mind has been holding.

Hatha is the perfect class to slow down, reset, and reconnect with your body and breath. Through intentional movement, gentle strength building, and mindful stretching, you’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and deeply relaxed. This practice helps improve flexibility, balance, posture, and mental clarity — while calming the nervous system and reducing stress.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your mat, this class is welcoming, supportive, and accessible for all levels. New students are always welcome to come try us out and experience the magic for yourself.
