Carolina Cruz is a southern Carolina style barbecue jerky. This barbecue is influenced from the Carolina Gold barbeque sauce, which is a little tart and a little sweet. When you bite into this jerky you can taste a hint of the mustard, which is what gives Carolina Gold its gold color.
