Did you know? I haven’t been in just 1 toxic workplace. I’ve been through 3 toxic workplaces.

I’ve dealt with things like:
Overstepped for a promotion
Overlooked for a new position
Told my value doesn’t match my salary
Dealt with people talking behind my back but smiling to my face
Coworkers try to take you down for their own gain
Almost fired for speaking up for myself
Retaliated against for saying No I’m not doing that

Can you relate? All to often this is happening around us. Many large corporations and even some smaller corporations do not have a good handle on what is going on and many times it’s even coming from top!

Time to take action. Don’t allow a toxic workplace to devalue you or make you question your worth!
