At Wappingers Wellness, we believe that Yoga should be accessible to ALL!! Every age, every body type, every background.

Join us for a donation based Gentle Yoga class on Sunday, Nov. 9th at 2 PM at the Knights of Columbus in the village.

Even if you’ve never taken a yoga class before, this class is gentle enough for everyone.

Simply bring a mat or a towel, and meet us there. 💜
