Did you know that good posture can make you appear slimmer and up to 10 pounds lighter?

When you slouch, your shoulders droop and your stomach pushes out, making you look heavier. When you stand tall, your neck and chest looks firmer and your stomach tighter!

Don’t take my word for it-go and try it! Stand in a mirror sideways. Engage your core and lift to the sky from your belly button. Lengthen from your feet to your head and align your spine-head directly aligned with your hips and hips over ankle! Notice the difference immediately!
