You don’t have to get on the floor to reap the benefits of planks! This chair plank strengthens your entire body—arms, core, glutes, posture, and helps to boost your metabolism!
Try a timed set-do as many reps as possible (AMRAP)in 30-60-90 seconds. Keep spine aligned, pelvis and glutes engaged and do not hook your neck! Remember to breathe!

This is one of my favorite strength moves because it builds real muscle without joint strain or cortisol overload. I can do it while watching tv!
