John Daniel Skodi Architect John Daniel Skodi has been working in architecture on LBI and Southern Ocean County since 1989. John established his own architectural firm in 1997.

He has been a licensed architect in the state of New Jersey since 1995. In 1995 he also became a member of the AIA, American Institute of Architects. John Daniel Skodi Architect is a sole practitioner firm where John is personally involved with his clients throughout their project from the first meeting through construction site visits.
