What NOT to Do During Hot Weather Pregnancies 🤰🏾☀️
Pregnant during a heatwave? We feel you, mama—and we’ve got you.
Here’s what to avoid to keep you and baby safe:
Don’t skip water (aim for 8–12 cups daily!)
Don’t overexert—especially outdoors
Don’t wear tight, non-breathable clothes
Don’t ignore signs of overheating (dizziness, headache, swelling)
Don’t be afraid to rest (naps = prenatal gold!)
