Are you on my email list? I would love to have you.

Lately, I’ve been thinking about how easy it is to keep putting ourselves last. We notice the tight shoulders, the stiff hips, the low back that keeps whispering for attention… and still, we push through. Care often becomes something we mean to get to “soon.”

I know, I know… it seems like I’m never open. But I am, just with limited time allotments.

Running a small business is not for the faint of heart and sometimes you have to make the tough decisions, like getting a job outside of your business to keep you afloat. But please know I am still just as committed to offering my wellness services to best of my capacity for each of you.

I cannot thank my clients enough for your patience while I navigate this new chapter, finalize schedule changes and plan updates. Yes I am still accepting new clients and have limited spaces for male clients as well. Table, floor, or mat; I got you covered.

Don’t forget you can also shop for herbal wellness needs on my site as well. 🫖

I look forward to what 2026 is going to bring forth and growing alongside you all.

Day 2/75

Part of this journey in softness is to create intentional time to reflect. Whether that is through meditation, prayer or journaling. Some of us are doing one, some of us are doing all three.

I have talked to a few folks who said they would love to journal but don’t know where to begin, looking at the blank page can be daunting. So I am offering prompts every once in a while to help out.

Today’s prompt: Write a love letter a part of your body you struggle to love. ♥️

This is just between you and the page you are writing on. There is no right or wrong here. If you find yourself, struggling to give yourself grace, or to offer yourself kindness, this is a great place to begin.

For those of you who have joined me on this journey, I’m really glad you’re here, and if you’re still undecided, there’s plenty of time. See you for Day 3.

Today doesn’t need to be perfect.
It just needs to begin.

This is how I’m stepping into Day 1 of 75 …
with breath, presence, and realistic expectations.

One choice.
One breath.
One moment at a time.

01/03/2026

Movement doesn’t have to be intense to be effective.

Sometimes movement looks like breath, small movements, and showing up exactly as you are.

Gentle still counts. ♥️

Today felt fuller than expected.
A little overwhelming. A little agitating.

I caught myself holding my breath more than once, so I came back to it.
Deep inhale. Slow exhale.
One moment at a time.

If this has been a day for you too, know you are not alone.

Drop your shoulders.
Unclench your jaw.
Take a breath.

Then take another.

Sometimes that’s the practice.

Y’all 🥹

Deep breath. This morning it was my honor to lead the first yoga class of the year at . For the last 4-5 years I have always taken a class at the start of the year. Whether at home, in a studio or at a gym, but this was my first time leading one.

2025 took a toll on almost every one I know and I knew I wanted this class to be a reminder that you don’t always have to do more, actually some times you don’t have to “do” at all. There is space, especially with me, for you to just be.

I wasn’t sure how it was going to be received, truly. I mean the class in a gym, lol. But they got it. I watched folks settle into their breath, move and honor their bodies and just show up and be. I was blown away and quite literally moved to tears.

Yoga has changed my life. Not because I teach but because it is my way of life. Getting to share this portion of this practice with people who get it, who get me? Well, I am not quite sure I’ll ever be able grasp the magnitude of that fully. I just know I’m forever grateful.

My challenge to you for the 2026 year is to find the space to be a human being…

“For she was a human doingHuman moving, human seeing,But she’d never taken timeTo simply be a human being.”

Let go when you can, smile more, love harder, laugh loudly, forgive quickly, dance all the time, and just be.

Here’s to the start of a gentle 2026 💞

As we move into a new year, I came across the idea 75 Soft Challenge from a fellow wellness enthusiast I follow on IG, and it really stayed with me.

What resonated with me the most was the gentleness of it. The reminder that consistency doesn’t have to be extreme, and that caring for yourself doesn’t need to come from guilt or pressure.

After sitting with it, I realize that this approach aligns so closely with how I already support my community, so I decided to extend it to my folks as well.

Starting Monday, January 5, I’ll be hosting a free 75 Soft Challenge inside my Skool community. This is a 75 day, day by day, practice focused on supporting your mind, body, and spirit in a way that honors real life even while we are in the midst of winter. Hear me saying “honor your bodies!”

Inside the challenge, we will focus :
Daily movement
Hydration
Mindful nourishment
Reading and reflection
Mindfulness techniques
And rest, because rest still counts.

I’ll be sharing journaling prompts, grounding practices, and gentle accountability a few times a week inside the community.

This isn’t about doing more. It’s about showing up with intention; one day at a time.
