Hey y’all 💛

It’s been a little while since I’ve popped in with a full update. Life has been lifing (as they say), and while things haven’t been all bad, they’ve definitely been a lot. I’m slowly making my way back to center and wanted to share a few things with you as we step into a new month:

📚 Back to School is here!
Shoutout to all my educators, parents, and school leaders—wishing you a beautiful start to the year. Back to school means more traffic and if you're coming in for sessions, please remember to plan a little extra travel time. There’s a 10-minute grace period, but anything beyond that will need to be rebooked. And parents—don’t forget I have a student athlete stretch package available!

💆🏽‍♂️ Male Client Update
I opened 5 spots for male clients and only 2 remain. These are for folks who can commit to at least 2 sessions a month for 3 months. If you know someone who’s been needing this kind of support, feel free to send them my way.

🔥 About those park classes...
I know I mentioned pop-ups at the park, but between the rain and this heat wave, the timing just hasn’t been right. Thank you for your patience. Library classes will return in September, and I’m always open to chatting about private group sessions if you're looking to bring folks together in a meaningful way.

Restorative Touch is now officially live and bookable at Yoga with Kiesha.

This offering has quickly become a client favorite — a gentle, hands-on experience to help you relax, reset, and return to yourself. It's not massage, and I’m not an LMT — this is a non-therapeutic service designed purely for rest and recovery.

✨ 60-minute session — $65
✨ 30-minute add-on (for stretch plan clients only) — $40

Also: consultations now carry a small $25 fee. That time is meaningful — for me and for those truly ready to connect. Thank you for understanding.

And one more update: in honor of Men’s Mental Health Month, I’m accepting up to 4 new male clients in June — something I’ve opened after many kind requests.
My work will always center women, but Yoga with Kiesha is a safe space for all identities — men, women, and non-binary clients included — as long as the energy is aligned and respectful.

Because this isn’t just bodywork. It’s energy work. And I don’t just take clients — I hold space. Intentionally.

I’m honored every time a client allows me to share in their time and energy. I hold our space as sacred and invite you to release and let go of anything that you no longer want to carry. Not every client that comes to see me comes because they have mobility issues. Some just need a safe space and a kind touch. A person that they can come to with no judgment and let everything go. This is what I aim to offer. I know what it is like to feel like you have to carry everything alone. I know what it’s like to be touch starved. I know what it’s like to be the person that cares for everyone else and wonder when it’s going to be your turn. It’s your turn, it’s your time. I have space for you. All of you is welcome here.
