Meet Kara — one of the incredible founding members of OTF Woodlake! 🍊

After stepping away to welcome her daughter in November, Kara couldn’t wait to get back under the orange lights. When she heard Woodlake was opening, she jumped at the chance to return to the workouts, the coaches, and the community she missed so much.

For Kara, it’s the friendships, support, and shared goals that make OTF feel like home. She’s a big fan of Tread 50 and already has her sights set on Strength 50 next! 👟🧡

🔥 600 Classes Strong! 🔥 Let’s give a huge shoutout to Katie, who just hit her 600th Orangetheory class! 🙌

Katie started her journey in 2022 to get ready for her wedding, but after just one class she was hooked. 💍➡️💪

“After taking a few classes, I started to really focus on my body composition instead of just the number on the scale. The InBody scans helped me understand my weight so much more.”

From lifting heavier to discovering a love for running through Tread50, Katie has turned fitness into a lifestyle that goes beyond the studio. She’s run outside, crushed 5 AM classes before school, and now—on a new school schedule in Houston County—she’s loving her afternoon workouts just five minutes from campus.

Now, Katie is keeping her momentum going during pregnancy, “I’m using the classes to maintain my fitness goals and prepare for mom life!”

Katie’s results remind us: consistency + community = lasting transformation.
