I recently had someone ask me what types of massage do o do. This was my answer.

My license is massage. I am certified in neuromuscular therapy , myofacial release, structural integration, intra mandibular release, manual lymphatic drainage, and propio neurological facilitation which is a fancy way of saying resistance stretching. I also do safe touch reintegration for r**e, trauma, and ptsd and inter costal , sub clavicular, anterior cervical work for panic disorder and reflexology. I also do plain ole relaxing Swedish massage.

You can treat your pain in between your massage appointment . Lay on the floor with the ball under your painful area . It helps a lot .
