Emily Chambers, Wellness Instructor, has just completed her certification as a Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). ACSM focuses more on the science of exercise and is well-regarded for those in a clinical or rehabilitative setting. The ACSM distinction is nationally recognized as one of the most reputable accredited personal training certifications. We are very proud of Emily’s accomplishment. She is excited to serve our members with these skills.

The Cantrell Center is excited to host:

Water Aerobics: Saturday, August 23rd at 10:00 AM. (All fitness levels welcome with modifications available! )

Power Hour (Boot Camp Style): Tuesday, August 26th at 6:00 PM. (A fun, 45-minute class for strength, endurance, & cardio! )
