🌿 Your Peace is the Priority 🌿

Not all connections are meant to last forever.
Some come into our lives to teach us… and some stay too long, draining our light.

If it’s no longer nurturing your spirit, it’s okay to release it.

If it keeps you in a cycle of confusion, burnout, guilt, or resentment—it’s okay to walk away.

Choosing yourself isn’t selfish. It’s sacred.

You are allowed to outgrow people.
You are allowed to choose peace over obligation.
You are allowed to protect your energy and move on from what no longer serves.

If you’re ready to energetically release an unhealthy tie, here’s a gentle ritual to support your process:

✨ Cord-Cutting Ritual for Releasing What No Longer Serves ✨

You’ll need:
🕯️ A white candle
📝 A small piece of paper & pen
🔥 A fire-safe bowl or dish

Steps:
1. Write the name or description of the connection you’re releasing.
2. Beneath it, write:
“I release this tie with love and peace. I no longer carry what is not mine. I choose alignment, clarity, and calm. I choose myself.”
3. Light the candle. Breathe deeply. Feel the shift.
4. Burn the paper in the bowl and say aloud:
“It is done. I am free. I return to myself.”
5. Follow with a cleansing bath or shower, then moisturize or oil your body with intention. Let this be a ritual of return.

You are not obligated to stay in spaces that shrink your spirit.

Make room for what aligns. Release what weighs you down. 💫
