Optimum Healing Pathways is now welcoming teens ages 12–17 to join our Teen Mental Health Support Group, an ongoing, open group designed to help youth navigate depression, anxiety, anger, and emotional challenges in a safe and supportive space. 💜

This group is a place for teens to connect, share, and learn healthy ways to manage emotions while realizing they’re not alone in their struggles.

📍 In-person (Warner Robins area) & Virtual Options Available
👥 Ages 12–17
💰 Insurance Accepted

✨ Teens will:
✔️ Learn positive coping and communication skills
✔️ Gain emotional awareness and confidence
✔️ Build supportive connections with peers

💜 We Stand With Survivors 💜

Today, the Optimum Healing Pathways team had the honor of participating in the “I Live to Tell My Story” Domestic Violence Awareness Event. We are grateful for the opportunity to stand alongside survivors, advocates, families, and community partners who are committed to healing, safety, and empowerment.

Our clinicians hosted a resource table where we shared information about trauma-informed therapy, emotional support services, and community resources. We are proud to offer a safe space for those navigating the aftermath of abuse, helping individuals and families rebuild with strength and dignity.
