📢 City of Warner Robins ARPA Funding Now Available! 🏠💡

Are you a Warner Robins resident in need of financial assistance with housing or utilities? Middle Georgia Community Action Agency (MGCAA) is now accepting applications for ARPA-funded assistance through the Warner Robins Neighborhood Service Center!

✅ What’s Covered?
Up to 3 months of past-due mortgage or rent (up to $1,500/month)
Up to 3 months of past-due utilities (up to $700/month)
Property tax assistance (up to $2,500)

📌 Eligibility Requirements:
Must live within the City of Warner Robins
Income must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level
Must provide proof of emergency circumstances (e.g. job loss, illness, underemployment)
