Today was truly amazing. Being in the room with these AMAZING women today where Warner Robins leadership and our community stand behind our youth meant everything. Witnessing Houston County coming together for Child Abuse Prevention Month and seeing the proclamation firsthand was powerful and inspiring.

Moments like this remind me why the work we do matters so much. I’m grateful to be in spaces that advocate, uplift, and protect our children.

Throughout this month, Optimum Healing Pathways will be hosting a giveaway and initiatives to help bring awareness and keep the spotlight on prevention.

At Optimum Healing Pathways, we believe teens deserve a safe space to talk, grow, and connect with others who understand what they’re going through. Our Teen Mental Wellness Groups are officially starting back this week, and we’re excited to welcome new participants!

These groups focus on helping teens:
✔ Build confidence
