The New Moon is in Gemini 6/18 12:37am EST. Sun and Moon are squaring Neptune, causing a fog that will eventually lift. For now, breathe deep in the darkness and still the mind…clarity will come. Like the High Priestess in Tarot, now is the time to go within and tune into a higher consciousness and perspective. Merge the heart and the mind. Gemini is the liminal, the in-between, and the High Priestess sits at that liminal boundary between awareness and the unseen realms.

I was in my own liminal space last year, as I took a much needed break to go within and clarify what I truly value and want to do with the rest of my “wild and precious life,” as the poet Mary Oliver wrote. I’m still grappling with this, but have softened and loosened my grip - allowing this midlife metamorphosis to unfold gently over time, a path of liberation.
