I’M BACK THIS WEEK! I will be at in Bethany AND ONLINE on Tuesday at 6pm and Friday morning at 9am. Would be delighted to have you join me! Coming alongside you to the Lord—asking him for mercy and strength, restoration and faith, healing and hope.

Do you ever just LOL at yourself??

The first time I ever tried yoga was in college and I laughed at myself the entire way through (also at my bud ) .... that is also me (laughing at myself) every time I take pictures of myself doing yoga 😂

I’m here. It’s been too long. On my mat with lots of “new”. I’m in a new home in a new town with new pain in my heart & soul, but with renewed strength and renewed hope in my steadfast God. I am happy to announce that I will be in a new studio teaching Holy Yoga starting next week. I would love for you to join me on Tuesdays at 6pm and/or Fridays at 9am at in Bethany! I cannot wait to be breathing, moving, praying, and savoring the words God speaks to us with you again.
