I am a Holy Yoga instructor in OKC who loves to connect people to Jesus through the modality of yoga. I teach classes at Higher Grounds Coffee Shop on Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm and Friday mornings at 9:00 am. Cost is $8 per class and $6 for students, teachers, or those who work in ministry! A portion of this goes directly to Higher Grounds to help them continue doing the awesome things they are doing! I also love to teach for bachelorette parties, wedding day, and other events!
