Learning how to use your intention.
Creating a Book of Shadows, or whatever you'd like to call it.
For a fun and rewarding magickal craft, we will create our own Book of Shadows. A book of Shadows is a Witch's handmade book of magick. Gerald Gardner, founder of Wica, popularized the term in the late 1940 and early 1950's, using the title to describe a handwritten collection of rituals, magickal techniques, and imitation rites that would serve as an instruction manual for early Wiccan covens. Over time, the use of the term Book of Shadows broadened to encompass virtually any handcrafted collection of magickal information.
Winter is a time for warm drinks.
Wassail-The word wassail originates form Anglo-Saxon times
Waes-heal meaning "to your health"
Like we use "Cheers today"
I will office a class monthly, each month includes kitchen recipes and fun facts about the month to come.

Tomorrow is the BIG DAY!!

Please stop by our Spiritual Event, TOMORROW at 569 Main Street, in Warren, RI from 5-9pm to say hi to Barbara!

Barbara will be bringing along various singing bowls and spiritual instruments to the event! Barbara is an experienced Sound Therapist, and will balance and elevate the vibration in the room, to promote optimum healing.

Sound Therapy can reduce stress, increase clarity and focus, boost your mood, heal the body, promote relaxation, regulate sleep issues, promote an over all increase in feeling of well-being!

Barbara is amazing, you will feel the energy that is projected, as it harmonizes your body! She often works along with Karen Booth, hosting Yoga/Sound Healing Sessions that are phenomenal! Check out their new Yin/Sound Healing class for restorative healing and balance!

Ohhh....we are getting SO CLOSE to our event, it's time to meet Kathy Archambault!

Kathy is also someone I met through the church I previously attended. She was a much treasured member, and often a guest speaker/medium at Sunday Service.

Being introduced, she would always humbly prefer they skipped over her bio, or background.. truly wanting no personal recognition, she was simply there to share, and serve, and heal...

I took an Archangel Michael class that she taught, that would end with an angel attunement. This came in the middle of my Reiki education journey, at a time I was quite sick and feeling disconnected from spirit, distracted by pain. The attunement was just what I needed to open my heart to my Angels and Guides again, to reconnect to my soul self, and to fine tune my own gifts and abilities. During the attunement, I remember feeling the energy gently rain down over me like a tingling, warm blanket. It was EXACTLY what I needed.

To explain an attunement, and that particular one in detail, I would go on and on...you really need to just meet her in person, to understand the type of warmth I am trying to explain, that she resonates. She will happily explain her classes and attunements to you.

Meet Karen Booth! Karen is a newer tribemate, I met her in January though my Master Teacher, and with them, this amazing opportunity became possible!

What initially started out as business, is blossoming into a friendship, and I am very grateful. Karen is very kind, and always there offering to help or support me!

Karen began her journey into holistic wellness far before it become "trendy". She has dedicated her lifelong career to helping and healing others! She tells me stories of finding her way through the then, unfamiliar world of holistic wellness.

Funny, she thought she would retire, but her compassion for people, and passion for healing, she would return shortly after, to reunite with her purpose.

She has worked with many clients over the years, including pre-OP, and post-OP patients, and has achieved amazing results.

✨Please say hi to Karen! She will be promoting her Yin Yoga class at the studio, I HIGHLY recommend this, for restorative peace and balance! You will LOVE it!

⭐️She will also be offering chair massage, at our event on Sat, June 26th 5-9pm, at 569 Main St, in Warren RI. Be sure to sit with her to ease any tension you may be carrying, or to simply pamper yourself! You deserve it!

Ohhh I am so excited to introduce you to Matthew Croft Lewis! He is coming all the way from NYC to share this special event with me, and I could not be MORE GRATEFUL OR EXCITED!!

Matthew was a guest speaker/medium/healer and member of the church I attended. His message always genuine, and heartfelt, he shares a very special connection to spirit.

I have a very special place in my heart and will forever be grateful for Matthew. I spent many years in pain, suffering with an incurable kidney disease.

After my last surgery, what is now 3 years ago...I would have a very small team of healers I would work with. Always, my Master Teacher Kerri, also my Pastor, her husband... and MATTHEW!

I can remember crawling into them at times, lost in a puddle of pain and tears. If I knew he was coming to RI, I would be there! Matthew brought me such relief, such solace and calm. My sessions with him were healing on multiple levels. His compassion and empathy felt like a warm blanket. The sound healing during his Reiki, it was just what I needed. A relief no doctor could ever provide! The elevation out of my pain and sadness was remarkable. I have not had a surgery or pain since, and it's been 3yrs now. What was inoperable, no longer exists!

I truly love him, and he has very special gifts, mixed in with a great deal of love and HUMOR!

Meet Angie! She is a writer, a creative jewelry designer, Speaker, Reiki Master Teacher, a Minfulness Coach, a Meditation Teacher, and a proud Mama of a beautiful boy!

⭐She will be featured at our Spiritual Event, this Sat from 5-9pm at 569 Main Street, in Warren RI.

I met Angie earlier in my spiritual journey. She came to my home to provide a guided meditation, and help with manifestation work. It was all rather new for me at the time. She was so informative, SO kind, and friendly!

At that time, she was pregnant with her boy, ABSOLUTELY GLOWING, and somehow still bubbling with energy!

The meditation was amazing! Angie was meant to guide people, it comes so natural and she is a very effective healer.

Then, we would manifest things like this very moment....how one day, I would be able to share my gifts with others, We talked about how I would love to create a business one day, and have a conglomerate of healers available for people. Well....here it is, coming to fruition!

When I was putting this event together, I thought of Angie right away! Aside from her healing energy, her creative talent is beyond awesome! Wait until you see her jewelry line!! Oh, you are going to love her, I just know it!!

Erin Condry is the true embodiment of a GODDESS!

I easily remember the first time I met her, about 6 years ago. As we sat by a painting of the Egyptian God; Anubis, it became clear this was a divine connection!

I was awe struck immediately, not only because of her captivating BEAUTY, but also the passion, and energetic rush I felt through her spiritual words, AND even more so, the abundant amount of knowledge she spoke so freely.

A true Warrioress, she resonates that power, but also with Grace and elegance, as the true Soveriegn being she is!!

I met Miladys for the first time, when I was very young, certainly before I was 10 years old! Then, she was the very cool, older sister to my childhood bestfriend, that we looked up to! So cool, and free-spirited! Independent!

Even then Millie would guide us, especially with spiritual or skin care stuff. Haha I think the first lesson was; "Stop using baby oil on your skin, it will clog your pores!"

For as long as I can remember, Miladys was passionate about her spirituality, and healing! Her true essence is so vibrant, and energetic! I am so blessed to be connected with her, and so grateful she joined us on this event!
