Today was extra special as we hosted Movie Day and a Blood Pressure Clinic for the wonderful residents of National Church Residences in Madison Heights!

Choice Hospice conducting a blood pressure clinic with provided community resources! Staff and residents decorating for the holiday!
This is a community of joyful activity!

It was indeed a celebration! The Senior and Caregiver Resource Network (SACRN) hosted an evening of great food, entertainment and raffles!! The guests of honor and recipients of the 2024 fundraiser is Healthier Black Elders Center Wayne State Institute of Gerontology. Choice Hospice was in good company with sponsor Daiva Jan of D & J Residential and Marla Straschewski.
And….I was a winner of a Turkey dinner raffle!
