The gnomes are on the roam! My studio is being relocated, and I'm currently searching for other spaces. I will hopefully be up and running in a better location by Valentine's day. Temporarily, I am only providing house call services at $100 for a 1 hour massage with complimentary Aromatherapy. If I have to drive over 30 minutes, the price will be $125. This is a $25-50 upcharge from my normal Swedish Massage price to accommodate for gas, set up/breakdown, and travel. Gift cards are still available on my website, and are valid for house calls. Thank you all for your support and understanding.

As cold and flu season hits us hard, I'd like to remind everyone to please reschedule any appointments at my studio/for house calls if you are feeling unwell.

Fun fact: Getting a massage while you are sick can actually make you sicker, and slow down your healing process! This is due to an increase in inflammation following a (deeper) massage, and/or releasing of toxins that could hinder the lymphatic system.

Keep yourself, me, my other clients, and loved ones safe. Just reschedule.

On another note, here are some things you CAN/should do when feeling a little under the weather, as told by our lovely Gnurse Gnomilla:

🍊 Drink plenty of water, take your vitamins (C, D, Zinc, etc)

☕️ Hot drinks such as tea with echinacea, honey-lemon, or even hot cider can help with sore throat and congestion.

🧖‍♀️ Hot Showers (adding Eucalyptus/vicks if possible) can help open up your lungs, and the warmth will aid sore muscles.

😴 SLEEP!! REST!! You must let your body heal and reset. Allow yourself some well deserved relaxation.

🧸Don't forget to cuddle your favorite Pet, Gnome or Stuffed animal!
