With cold and flu season upon us, here are some tips on how to combat these infections as told by our lovely Gnurse Gnomilla:
๐ Drink plenty of water, take your vitamins (C, D, Zinc, etc)
โ๏ธ Hot drinks such as tea with echinacea, honey-lemon, or even hot cider can help with sore throat and congestion.
๐งโโ๏ธ Hot Showers (adding Eucalyptus/vicks if possible) can help open up your lungs, and the warmth will aid sore muscles.
๐ด SLEEP!! REST!! You must let your body heal and reset. Allow yourself some well deserved relaxation.
๐งธDon't forget to cuddle your favorite Pet, Gnome or Stuffed animal!
