Warren/West Brookfield Playgroup CFCE run Playgroup for children birth-5yrs old and a caregiver. Children learn best through play

Playgroup is held at the Preschool room at Quaboag Jr/Sr High School Mondays 9:30-11 Oct-May, and at Dean Park June-Sept. At the school, drive around back, park in 'preschool parking' spots, ring bell near playground.

Our current Artists in Residence are the tremendous West Brookfield Elementary School Third Graders! In art class with Ms. Kelly Mundell, they learned about the work of Claude Monet and created their own pieces inspired by Monet. Stop by during library open hours through the end of the month to see their wonderful display!

We also invite you to join us on Tuesday, May 26th from 5-7pm for a special reception honoring the artists and their work.

Owls are all over New England, but how often do you get to see them up close? Join the Warren Public Library at the Warren Senior Center on Saturday, June 6th at 1:00 PM, and meet SIX live owls! We will be joined by naturalist and teacher Marcia Wilson, and author, photographer, and naturalist Mark Wilson of “Eyes on Owls,” an educational duo that have been sharing their passion for owls since 1994. This program is free and open to the public, and is ideal for ages 4 and up. There is no registration required.
