Going far beyond the expectations of his role, Kris has become an indispensable part of our team through his tireless work ethic, compassionate client care, and team-centered attitude. He regularly takes the initiative to assist with facility maintenance needs, including addressing restroom issues in both the men's and women's restrooms and ensuring the grounds are safe during the winter months by shoveling and salting walkways. Without hesitation, he also responds to unexpected situations-such as safely capturing critters in the office-with professionalism and calm. What truly sets Kris apart is his willingness to step in wherever needed. Whether it's covering group therapy sessions for colleagues, supporting staff during high-volume periods, or creatively engaging clients in IOP group therapy, Kris brings a positive, solution-oriented presence to every task. His approach is consistently infused with creativity, energy, and advocacy, making clients feel valued and supported. Kris also contributes significantly to community outreach efforts, helping to extend our impact beyond the walls of the agency. He embodies our agency's mission not just in words, but in daily action-promoting a culture of care, dignity, and empowerment for all. A true team builder, Kris fosters camaraderie among staff and leads by example in creating a collaborative, respectful, and uplifting work environment.
