If you’re new here these are my ✨Healthy Girl Habits✨ things I try to invest in and really implement into my daily life. Hopefully these can help you too!💕
1.) Action Plan: Wake up everyday with purpose, set yourself on the track to success.
2.) Stay Mindful: Keep in mind what type of things you surround yourself with because after all, we are a product of our environment.. the music, the way we speak, the way we dress and present ourselves, all matters on how we move thought out our daily lives.
3.) Using products in your life that stick by what your goals and values are in life. The ingredients and their ethics all effect how you live.
4.) As the weather changes, so does our mood, attitude and how it can effect the way our mental health treats us. Remind yourself it is all worth it in the long haul, the early mornings, late nights, meal prepping, sore muscles, hitting and failing PR’s… it is all part of the plan.
5.) DO WHATS BEST FOR YOU! Yeah yeah yeah, the latest IG trend LOOKS fun and cool and trendy but when you ACTUALLY preform those movements, are you happy? Does it fulfill your personal goals? Does it allow you to move in a way we’re you feel confident? If not, f**k it! Do something else, there are no rules when it comes to being active and how you choose to do it.✨
