Chelsea Foreman, one of our amazing CNAs in our dementia unit, spent the weekend creating special moments for our residents with a mini pancake bar. It’s the care and kindness she brings that truly brighten their days and make all the difference.

This weekend, our resident Nancy Rossman got to experience something truly special: her daughter Julie’s wedding.

Thanks to the compassion and dedication of our team members Cliff and JC, Nancy was able to be there, surrounded by love and family for one of life’s most beautiful moments. From carefully coordinating transportation to making sure she arrived comfortably and safely, Cliff and JC went above and beyond.

These are the moments that matter most, and we’re honored to be part of them. Congratulations, Julie!

A heartfelt thank you to the family of Shirley Robbins for their incredible generosity and continued connection to our Kinzua community. 💙

Shirley was a long-time resident in our Dementia/Alzheimer’s unit, and her family remained deeply involved throughout her time with us. In her memory, they asked for donations to our unit and thoughtfully reached out to our staff for ideas on how they could support our residents.

Today, her daughters, Terri and Kelly, delivered beautiful sensory activity items and tablecloths — meaningful gifts that will bring comfort, joy, and engagement to so many. We are honored to have cared for Shirley and so touched by her family’s kindness and continued presence in our home. 💐
