Today we celebrate an incredible milestone — Stephanie Bennett’s retirement after 24 years at Kinzua Nursing & Rehab! 💐 As an LPN, Stephanie has given so much care, kindness, and dedication to our residents. “I’m going to miss the family we have here at Kinzua,” Stephanie says — and we will certainly miss her too. We are so grateful for her years of service and wish her endless joy as she begins this new chapter. We’ve also included a fun throwback photo of Stephanie from her earlier years at Kinzua!

⭐ Activities Professionals Week Spotlight: Blake Arnold ⭐

As Activities Professionals Week continues, we’re proud to recognize Blake Arnold, Activities Assistant at Kinzua Nursing & Rehab. Blake has been part of our team for five years, beginning his career in housekeeping before transitioning into activities.

Blake was drawn to long-term care by a desire to make people’s everyday lives better. Some of his most meaningful moments come from listening to residents share their life stories and the advice they’ve offered him along the way — conversations he truly values.

Blake describes working with his team as something that “doesn’t feel like work,” and that positive energy shows in everything he does. By making residents laugh and bringing joy to their day, Blake helps create a welcoming, upbeat environment we’re grateful to have. 💙
