If you made it to tonight's class you got a little taste of what Tuesday Power is going to be moving forward. We are so excited to test our physical limits to build strength, flexibility and balance while gaining mental resilience and inner peace ☮️
If you were frustrated you weren't alone, this is a class where at some point you'll have to break .Whether that means an extra child pose when not called, a table top instead of down dog, or opting out of an unfamiliar pose.
The good news - it will get easier but only with consistency, with patience and with breath! Power yoga forces you to hone in on your breath, think of it as a bridge connecting intense fast-paced movement to mental focus. It transforms exercise into moving meditation , and builds confidence!
We urge you to keep coming back - to take your modification when needed and have a good sweaty time! See you next Tuesday to shed some more layers 🙏🏾🙏🏻
