Opening to Possibility

Take a deep breath and feel the weight you’ve been carrying. Notice the places in your body and mind where resistance lives, the tightness, the tension, the clinging.

Now imagine softening. Imagine opening your hands, your heart, your mind. When we stop resisting, we stop holding back the flow of life. Space emerges. Possibilities appear, quietly at first, like sunlight through a gap in the clouds.

Let yourself be curious about these new possibilities, without forcing or judging them. Trust that by letting go, you are creating room for what wants to enter your life, unexpected, gentle, and full of potential.
