Hey, everyone! Want to reduce falls and improve your strength and balance this is the class for YOU! A New SAIL class is starting Tuesday January 27. at the Alvarado Community Center. This class will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 -11:30 for 12 weeks! Come join us you won't be disappointed!
