You are the only one you truly have control over.
Their willingness (or unwillingness) to meet you where you are isn’t a reflection of your worth—it's a reflection of their readiness.
If they can’t or won’t show up differently, you are allowed to.

You can change your actions, your boundaries, and your choices to better support your needs, your peace, and your growth. 🌿
