Wendy Schwartz, LCSW

Schwartz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Dialectical Behavioral Therapist who has been helping adults, adolescents, and families for over 15 years. She has utilized her DBT training, along with other treatment modalities, in helping adolescents and adults recover from mental illness. She is a graduate of Rutgers University's School of Social Work, has received certification in group facil

itation and trauma recovery and is a New Jersey State Board of Social Work Examiners approved Clinical Social Work Supervisor. Extensive research has shown that Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is the most effective approach in treating emotional dysregulation. With her ability to gain rapport and target client's goals quickly, she helps individuals attain a better quality of life through self-acceptance, but at the same time, make changes in order to achieve their personal goals.
