Offering independent living, assisted living, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, health care, and memory care, our senior living community is all about Joyful Living. When you need rehabilitation, Heritage Pointe of Warren has the ability to treat a wide range of patients transitioning from hospital to home. Our Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy programs are designed to meet the needs of the individuals we serve. Our rehabilitation unit strives to transition each patient home in the safest way possible. Our care team is trained to provide the appropriate therapeutic interventions in order to facilitate each patient’s independence as quickly as possible. The goal is to discharge each patient to the most independent living environment. Our skilled therapist and nursing staff work to customize rehab care plans for every patient that addresses their specific care needs and goals. Rev. Glenn J. Knepp brings decades of ministry experience and a deep passion for senior living to his role on the Board of Directors for United Methodist Memorial Home. As lead pastor of St. Joe UMC, he is committed to serving both his congregation and the broader community, which are values he carries into his board service.

His dedication to enhancing the quality of life for older adults makes him a valued part of our leadership team.

Residents, families, and our daycare children came together for a joyful Easter celebration!

The day was filled with smiles as everyone enjoyed a special visit from the Easter Bunny and participated in a fun-filled egg hunt. Even more meaningful was the opportunity to share these moments across generations, creating lasting memories for all.

We are so grateful for our wonderful community and the way we come together to celebrate each occasion in such special ways!

After weeks of rehearsals and anticipation, the curtain recentlyclosed on a successful run of Guys and Dolls at Heritage Pointe of Warren, where residents and staff worked together to bring the musical to life before enthusiastic audiences. Presented in partnership with the Pulse Opera House in Warren, Indiana, the production drew in roughly 500 audience members across three performances in the Heritage Pointe chapel.

We are celebrating another successful rehab recovery!

Heritage Pointe of Warren had a wild experience with Kristen Werling from Werling Wildlife Rehabilitation!

Residents and daycare children met a variety of animal friends while learning fascinating facts along the way. From a box turtle and a red-tailed hawk, to Polly the possum and a corn snake, there were smiles all around. Thank you, Kristen, for letting us learn more about these incredible animals!
