Sitting At Your Desk All Day?
Try this quick and easy exercise!
1. Sit in your chair with legs at 90 degrees
2. Inhale and raise arms above your head
3. Exhale as you lean forward and rest your upper body on your thighs..let your arms hang down and relax
4. Breathe 10 slow easy breaths.
Repeat 3-4 times!
